Private Lesson Policies
Monthly invoices are sent out at the beginning of the month and payment is due by the 25th of each month. Overdue payments past 7 days will be charged a $10 late fee.
Cancellations made in advance (24+ hours notice) are eligible for a Make-Up Credit. You can schedule a Make-Up lesson on an open lesson slot with a credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will still be charged.
Due to COVID-19, if you cannot attend a lesson because your child is showing symptoms, please let me know ASAP and we can either pivot online or schedule a make-up lesson.
Music Group Policies
There needs to be a minimum of 4 children registered to create a class. There is a maximum of 10 children per class to keep classes intimate.
20-week packages are purchased at the beginning of each term (September-January, February-June).
Drop-in students will be invoiced at the end of each month for the # of lessons attended that month.
Due to COVID-19, if you cannot attend a lesson because your child is showing symptoms, please let me know and do not attend class for everyone’s safety.
